I_TEM meets in Vienna

From 23-24 September, the project met in Vienna to work on converting educational content for digital training.

Hosted by ASB Austria, the group shared and discussed digital training methods already in place at their respective organisations, be it ad-hoc solutions adapted during the pandemic or long-standing e-learning concepts.

In several break-out sessions, the participants also discussed which aspects of the educational content defined in the previous meeting and in the SAMETS project could benefit from e-learning elements.

The next step in the project plan is a pilot training activity that will practically test the blended learning approach with volunteers. The training will happen in spring 2022 in Italy. The group decided to hold one more meeting before this to define the details of the curriculum and educational timetable.
